Ken Arnold is a native of Buchanan County, VA. He is the Manager of Tetrick Funeral Home Bluff City Chapel and a funeral director at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton. He is a 1978 graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta, GA, past president of Southwest Virginia Funeral Directors Association, past president of Tazewell Russell Shrine Club and a member of Zofficoffer Masonic Lodge #444, 32 Scottish Rite and Jericho Shriners. He is married to Gwen Sawyers Arnold and has one daughter, Amber Arnold.

Kathleen Caudill serves as the Administrative Assistant at the Bluff City Chapel, and has been associated with Tetrick Funeral Home since 2000. She is a native of Bluff City and the widow of Rev. Raymond Caudill. She has one son, Sergeant Rob Caudill, who is with the Bristol, TN Police department, and Kathleen has four grandchildren: Josh, Zack, Chris, and Alyssa. She is a member of the Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church.

Earlene Blevins started her career as the office manager of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home in Elizabethton in 1961. She is a native of Johnson County and graduated from the Watauga Academy in Butler. Earlene retired from full time work in May 2000, but continues to work as a part-time associate at the Tetrick Funeral Home, Bluff City Chapel, and at Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home.

Brenda Pelham is an Advanced Funeral Planning Counselor and has been serving Heritage Family Funeral Services in the area of pre-need since August of 2000. She is on staff as an advanced funeral planning sales counselor at both the Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home in Elizabethton and the Tetrick Funeral Home in Bluff City. A native of South Carolina, Brenda attended Charleston Southern University where she received a B.A. degree in Church Music. While she was attending Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C., Brenda met her husband, Mike. Brenda, Mike, and their three sons – Ryan, Chris, and Adam – reside in Johnson City, T.N. The family is members of Ninth Street Baptist Church, Erwin, TN where Brenda serves as Music Director.

Don Friesland was born in Sullivan County and educated in the Bluff City school system. He retired from Tennessee Eastman after 32 years as a chemical operator. Don serves as a part-time associate for Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home and Tetrick Funeral Home’s Bluff City Chapel. He is married to the former Marie Stanfield and has one daughter. Don and his wife are members of the Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church.

Jeff Turner is a native of Bluff city and now resides in Elizabethton. He works part-time at both the Elizabethton and Bluff City Chapels of Tetrick Funeral Home. Jeff is a graduate of Sullivan East High School and also attended Tri-Cities State Tech majoring in business. He attends Blessed Redeemer Baptist Church in Bluff City.
